The module E-Billing supports the entire Electronic Invoicing process, from the generation of the digital invoice documents in PDF or XML format, through their signing with a digital certificate, their storage and subsequent sending by email to the customer.
LIBRA, the implementation of electronic invoicing is integrated with its own electronic invoicing service and document manager, but if desired it can be integrated with external electronic invoicing and document management systems.
The module provides significant savings in costs and management time by replacing paper printing, an envelope and the typical shipping costs of sending invoices by post, due to the simplicity of sending by email with the same legal validity.
For all these benefits, every day more companies choose this method of invoicing. It also happens that more and more public administration organizations require their suppliers to bill them in this way.
