The implementation of LIBRA in PRODUCTOS CHEF placed a special emphasis on production and traceability control, which is a key factor in the company’s activity sector.
Productos Chef, S.A. begins operations in 1974 in the community of Villa Mella, Sto. Dgo. Norte, founded by Mr. Emilio Cadenas Adán, who arrived in the Dominican Republic from Puerto Rico of Cuban origin, with plans to enter the meat and dairy products industry.
It has an area of more than 25,000m2. The production, storage and dispatch facilities, as well as the technology implemented, allow to have absolute control of each and every one of the phases in the elaboration of the products: Smoked, Cooked, Sausages, Fresh, Vacuum and others, which , They are made always thinking about consumer satisfaction.
